ITV's popular drama Trigger Point is set to make its comeback later this month, featuring Vicky McClure reprising her role as explosive ordnance disposal specialist Lana Washington.
The third instalment will welcome back numerous familiar faces from the cast, including Eric Shango, Nabil Elouahabi, Natalie Simpson and Maanuv Thiara. Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels actor Jason Flemyng also joins the cast as a guest actor, while The Last Kingdom's Mark Rowley joins the expo team.
This latest series will find Lana struggling with the events from the first and second series. "She's not coping," Vicky revealed about her character, adding: "Lana is a strong person, and she likes to see herself as a perfectionist, but I think we very quickly see that's starting to crumble.
"We know from the previous two series that she has experienced a lot of loss, which was always going to catch up with her eventually, and this is the start of it. So we are going to be dealing with PTSD, plus she's struggling with tinnitus, and she is relying on medication to get her through. She's quite a lonely character at the beginning of the series."
Here's everything you need to know about Trigger Point series three ahead of its release date.

Audiences can catch the programme on the channel from 9pm to witness the latest developments with Lana Washington and the bomb disposal unit.
