, a private chef and Client Engagement Director at Think Publishing, shared her approach to cooking the dish in a recipe on her . She explained "secret" way to get them perfectly fluffy is to "separate the white from the yolk and whisk up the white until it's stiff and almost forming peaks".
Rachel stresses that when separating them "you absolutely can't have any of the yolk in the white, not a single drop, or the whites won't ever whisk into those peaks".
If you can't avoid it, you can still use the them both to make a (slightly less fluffy) omelette or simply scramble them, she adds.
During the cooking process, the whisked up yolks are added to the now foamy egg whites and stirred gently to combine before being added to the pan, Rachel says.

Elissabeth, a cook and founder of , recommends adding a dollop of mayonnaise to your eggy instead of milk, as many do.
She said: "Scrambled eggs with mayonnaise is one of those things that you don't know [what] you were missing your whole life until you discover it.
"Mayonnaise is actually a very easy way to create richer, fluffier eggs."
