"You're an illiterate, that's why you're on the border..." HDFC bank employee insults soldier, audio will make your blood boil

Mumbai Viral Video: An audio clip of an employee of HDFC Bank's Mumbai branch has surfaced. People have become angry on social media regarding this. It is being claimed that this audio is of Anuradha Verma, an employee of HDFC Bank. In it, she calls an army soldier regarding loan recovery. During the conversation, when the soldier questions the high interest, she gets angry at him. She abuses him and even says objectionable things about the army and the martyrs. People have demanded strict action against this female employee from HDFC Bank.

In the audio, the woman is heard saying, "You should have replied to my message. Madam, I'm helpless; I can't right now. You're not responding." To this, he asks, "I've asked you several times, 'You sanctioned me a loan of 15.85 lakh rupees. How are you charging interest at 16 lakh rupees?'"

Told the army soldier an illiterate

Anuradha Verma becomes irritated at this and angrily says, "I've told you 75 times. Now, you're an idiot, so what can you do? If you were educated, you'd be working in a good company. You're an idiot, that's why you've been sent to the border. You idiot, you idiot."

Offensive remarks about martyrs

The soldier asks the woman to speak politely, but she does not listen to him and continues, “It is not anyone's right to eat. It will not be digested. It is people like you whose children are born disabled. It is people like you who get martyred on the border. Put the phone down now. Come in fifteen days, I will see which Turram Khan you are. What kind of person are you. I also belong to a defence family.”
While abusing, she says, “I too have been doing business in CRPF for 12 years.” After hearing the woman's abuse, the army soldier says, “I will show you, the way you are talking.”

“…what hour will you give knowledge…”

The woman says, "Show me... show me... how big a family you belong to. If you were from such a big family, you wouldn't be living on loans. You wouldn't have taken a loan of 15-16 lakhs. Come on, don't give me advice. You are living on loans, will you give me advice for an hour..."
The army soldier says, "Are you living on loans?" The woman replies, "Yes, of course, I remembered your grandmother while giving you 5 thousand rupees." The army soldier says, "Now I will show you, I have your recording." The woman replies, "Don't talk now, come and show me... keep the recording, send it wherever you want to send it, show it wherever you want to show it, show it boldly, I will send whatever you want. Why would you look at me for an hour, uproot whatever you can. Come, I will show you."

"I am not your father's servant…"

The soldier says, "Send me the service certificate you made," to which she replies, "Why didn't you take a screenshot? Why should I send anything? I'm your father's servant. I look crazy, and you're crying for five or six thousand rupees... put the phone down."
