According to reports, the student went to school as usual on Saturday. Sometime after noon, she reportedly went to the restroom and later reached the fourth floor of the school. Shortly after, she was found lying on the ground. The CCTV footage that has surfaced shows the child climbing the railing before falling, while other students can be seen walking nearby, seemingly unaware of what was about to happen.

Police officials from the Mansarovar police station stated that the preliminary investigation suggests a case of suicide. However, Amayra’s family has strongly rejected this theory, alleging negligence and foul play on the part of the school authorities. In response to the public outrage, Rajasthan’s School Education Minister, Madan Dilawar, has ordered a detailed investigation and formed a committee to uncover the facts behind the girl’s death.
