What is the whole matter?
According to the information received, this incident is from the Majidpura locality of Nagar Kotwali area. Wasim, who lives there, got married to Shabana, a resident of Bihar, about 5 years ago. After marriage, both of them had 2 children. Wasim alleges that his wife, Shabana, used to fight over some issue in the house every day. On Monday, there was also a dispute between the two over something. During this fight, Shabana got angry and picked up her one and a half year old son Ahad in her lap and threw him down from the roof of the house.

There was chaos on the spot
Seeing the child falling down, the people in the house and nearby started screaming. The neighbors ran and picked up the child, but by then he had died. On getting the information of the incident, the father reached Wasim Nagar police station and gave all the information to the police.

What does the police have to say?
After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took the accused woman, Shabana, into custody. In this case, Nagar Kotwali in-charge Inspector Munish Pratap Singh said that he had received the news that a woman had thrown her child from the roof. However, a different thing has also come to light in the initial investigation of the police. Police say that according to some people, the child was playing on the roof with his elder brother and fell down while playing. After this, the mother took him to the hospital, where the doctors declared him dead.

Investigation into the case continues
At present, the police is thoroughly investigating the case from both aspects - whether it was an accident or murder. The police have taken the woman into custody and started questioning her and further action will be taken on the basis of the post-mortem report and statements of witnesses.
