A deeply tragic incident unfolded in Deoria district, Uttar Pradesh, where Rakesh Tiwari, a security guard employed at VFS company, ended his life by jumping in front of a train, reportedly due to emotional distress caused by his wife's alleged extramarital relationship.
Body Found Mutilated on Railway TrackRakesh Tiwari, a resident of Nadauli village under the Lar police station area, was found dead on the railway tracks near Sadar Railway Station. His head was discovered 250 meters away from the torso, indicating the severity of the impact. A suicide note was recovered from his pocket, which held his wife Archana Mishra and her alleged partner, Kuldeep Saini, responsible for his death.
Suicide Note Addressed to District MagistrateIn the emotional letter addressed to the Deoria DM, Rakesh alleged that his wife was involved with another man in her maternal home and had begun living with him. He claimed that despite filing a complaint with the police earlier, no action was taken, leaving him helpless.
He wrote:
“Archana-Kuldeep, you need to know that I am dead… I was forced to take this step because of Archana's actions.”
He also stated: “After my death, the administration can do whatever it wants with my body.”
Dinesh Kumar Pandey, SHO of the Government Railway Police at Deoria Sadar station, confirmed the suicide and the recovery of the note. The body has been sent for post-mortem, and an FIR will be registered if a formal complaint is received.
Rakesh’s wife Archana Mishra reportedly came to the site, identified the body, and left. The investigation is ongoing, with authorities verifying the contents of the suicide note and the background of the complaint.
