Hulk Hogan feud with ex Linda and daughter Brooke devastated WWE star before death

Wrestler Hulk Hogan appeared to have taken a swipe at his family's long running feud before his death. The WWE icon died aged 71,with reports suggesting he had a cardiac arrest.

Before his death, Hulk and his family were locked in a fallout which resulted in his daughter Brooke Hogan cutting off contact with both her parents. This was recently highlighted by his ex-wife Linda in an emotional video.

Linda shared a tearful video on her social media in March, where she touched upon the family feud. She stated: "I'm okay with most things, but today, something hit. It's been 15 - or longer - years since I left Hulk Hogan and my family is in the worst mess.

"Brooke doesn't talk to us. She's had twins. She got married, she didn't tell us... She had a huge fight with Terry. I don't know how that reflected onto me, but she cut me out too."

Despite the feud, Linda insisted that Hulk wasn't bothered, sharing: "I have to be honest about what I went through in my marriage with Terry as Hulk Hogan and what it entailed, and what it has caused over the years..

"He marches on, like, 'Oh, I'm promoting my own beer, real American beer. Yeah, look at me.' He's such a hero, right? Not. I've given him more opportunities to come back and makeup the family. It's been 20 years and I'm still this sad. Somebody please explain that."

In response to her mother's emotional video, Brooke issued a scathing statement, asserting that she has "completely separate reasons" for not reaching out to either of her parents.

"There was a recent video posted by my Mother that was concerning enough for people to send to me, that has made me feel the need to address the tip of a very large iceberg that is my immediate family," she penned at the time.

"What little I am addressing does not even scratch the surface of what l've dealt with my entire life. I will start by saying this video is mild compared to behaviour I have witnessed for the greater portion of my life. This also comes in addition to false claims that she's previously posted, then deleted. That being said, she has been through A LOT of trauma and pain, my heart breaks for her. You can't control how others treat you, but you can control how you treat others and cope with things."

She continued: "I have completely separate reasons for going no contact with each of my parents. This decision was made based purely on how they have each dealt with me directly my entire life."

While Hulk remained silent regarding the statements made by both Linda and Brooke, he did share a clip of himself and his new spouse Sky eating popcorn whilst staring wide-eyed at the camera.

He captioned the post: "Getting ready for the new HH TV show coming soon!" Yet some followers branded the upload amid the ongoing drama as being in "poor taste" whilst another commented: "This is why no one likes Hogan. A real man would try and heal, not mock his family."

A third added: "Classy that's your child," with a fourth responding: "You guys are acting like children."
