According to the latest analysis of sold property prices from January 2020 to December 2024, The Homend (HR8 1BS) emerges as Ledbury's most affordable street, with an average price paid of just £99,333 across nine property transactions.

Its prime location provides easy access to the town's bustling high street and amenities, making it a desirable choice for those seeking convenience without splashing out, reports the Express.

Other noteworthy streets include New Street (HR8 2DX), where average house prices stand at £112,575 over 20 recorded transactions, offering a blend of affordability and allure.

Bramley Close (HR8 2XS) also offers a peaceful residential setting, with house prices averaging around £118,545 across 11 sales.
