At the heart of “Nawabi Safarnama” is Begum Manzilat Fatima, a descendant of Nawab Wajid Ali Shah. Having dedicated her life to preserving and reviving the Nawabi culinary legacy, Begum Fatima brings an unwavering passion for authenticity and deep personal connection to this heritage. She has curated an exquisite spread that embodies the grandeur of Lucknow’s royal traditions and the unique nuances of its culinary journey to Kolkata.
