While rain brings relief, this season also becomes the cause of many health problems. Viral diseases like cold and cough become common during this time. In such a situation, you can protect yourself from these diseases in this season by adopting some effective remedies of Ayurveda. Let's know.

The problem of cold and cough becomes very common during the rainy season. It is a viral infection that affects the throat, nose and chest. Its symptoms include continuous sneezing, runny or blocked nose, sore throat, headache, body ache, mild fever and sometimes fatigue. This infection spreads quickly when the body's immunity is weak. It catches especially children, the elderly and people with weak immunity. Whenever the season changes, especially from summer to rainy season, the body temperature can deteriorate, due to which these symptoms emerge rapidly. Therefore, it is important that we keep our immunity strong and take special precautions in this season.
During the rainy season, the humidity in the atmosphere increases, due to which viruses and bacteria grow rapidly. In such a situation, germs present in the air like viruses and bacteria spread easily and the risk of infection increases. Also, wearing wet clothes, getting wet in the rain or coming in contact with cold air causes the body temperature to drop, which weakens the immunity. This is the reason why problems like cold, cough and fever are more common in this season. Apart from this, people spend more time indoors during the rainy season, due to which viral infections spread quickly in a closed environment. With the right care and Ayurvedic remedies, this risk can be reduced to a great extent. Let's know.
