  • Listing non-negotiables: Water intake, step counts, and including protein at meals.

She aims for 10–12k steps per day, counting sightseeing as part of her activity. On days when she has time, she fits in a 20-minute workout consisting of squats, lunges, pushups, and planks. Activities like swimming, biking, or hiking become “fitness disguised as fun.”

Her meals are satisfying and structured. She eats two main meals and one snack or dessert daily. Brunch typically includes eggs, toast, avocado, and juice, while dinner is whatever she craves. Desserts are allowed in moderation, without guilt.
