RVUNL: Now there will be recruitment for 2163 posts instead of 216 in Rajasthan's electricity department; Old applicants will be able to change their options..

RVUNL Recruitment: The Rajasthan government has approved 1947 new posts of Technician-III (ITI) in the three power distribution corporations of the state, JVVNL, JDVVNL, and AVVNL. Earlier, the recruitment process for 216 posts of Technician-III was going on in these corporations. Now these new 1947 posts have also been included in it.

In this way, now the Rajasthan State Electricity Generation Corporation (RVUNL) has issued a revised advertisement (Revised Notification) for recruitment to a total of 2163 posts.

Now recruitment will be done on 2163 posts, not 216
There has been a big increase in the recruitment for Technician-III (ITI) posts in the Electricity Department of Rajasthan. Earlier, recruitment was to be done on only 216 posts, but now with the addition of 1947 new posts, the total number of posts has increased to 2163. The posts in Jaipur Discom have been increased from 66 to 603. Also, there will be recruitment for 498 posts in Ajmer Discom and 912 posts in Jodhpur Discom. Earlier, no posts were shown vacant in both these Discoms. As before, there will be recruitment for only 150 posts in the Power Generation Corporation.

Applications will start in August 2025

The process of online application for these posts will start in August 2025. Candidates who could not apply earlier or could not deposit the fees can now apply afresh. Candidates in the TSP area will also be able to apply this time. However, those who have already applied successfully do not need to apply again. But they will get this opportunity to change the preference (priority) of the corporation as per their choice.

First, you go to the official website energy.rajasthan.gov.in.

Now, do New Registration, register by entering your name, mobile number, and email.

After this, log in with your registered ID and password.

Fill the form, upload your information, qualification, and photo signature.
Select the corporation preference like – Jaipur, Ajmer, or Jodhpur Discom.

Pay the fee through debit card/net banking.

Submit the form. After submitting, take a print out of it.
